Geometry (Level 1)
This course is taught to help students develop a solid foundation of geometric ideas. Using inductive reasoning, students are encouraged to recognize patterns and to develop conjectures. Formal proofs demonstrate the validity of these conjectures. Geometry’s emphasis on logical reasoning and accurate thinking improves a student’s communication skills in all areas of life. Algebraic skills are reviewed and strengthened through application to solving problems in Geometry. TI-Nspire CAS required.
