English 10
This course can best be characterized as a reading and thinking course. English 10 aims to expose students to a wide variety of literature with an emphasis on comprehension and critique. Students are asked to develop a critical approach `to literature. At the same time they are invited to enjoy it as a gift that God, the Creator, has charged us to have dominion over. Thus, it is a broadening experience allowing students to better understand the world, as well
as their role as creative yet discerning Christians.
