Band
Membership in the high school band is open to all students with at least three years of previous instruction on a brass, percussion or woodwind instrument. The emphasis of the band is on the improvement of musical proficiency and playing together as a team. The band performs at concerts in the fall, Christmas, and at the end of the year. Grading is based on classroom participation, mastery of assigned music, and mandatory attendance at concerts..
